Where can I park on when the Krietz Auto Lot is full? 
Free parking is available on 3rd and 4th Street. Typically, there will be space along 4th Street.

Can I schedule an appointment for service online or do I have to call?

Do you offer a warranty on your vehicles? If so, what does it entail?
Yes, addition to being Certified (click here for more info), your vehicle will also come with limited 3 month/3,000 mile warranty powered by Warrantech.  Warrantech is an AmTrust Financial Company rated A (excellent) by A.M. Best, the acknowledged authority for rating insurance companies. Additional benefits include roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, towing service, lost key/lockout service and quick, reliable claims service.

Do you accept vehicle trade-ins? 
Yes, we do accept vehicle trade-ins. We strive to offer our customers a fair price through the use of Kelly Blue Book Values.
Will you buy my car even if I don't want to purchase a vehicle?
Yes, we will buy your car, regardless of whether or not you want to purchase a vehicle from our lot. We are a vehicle buying center! We appraise fairly by utilizing values from Kelly Blue Book.

I'm interested in one of your vehicles, but I live far away. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver vehicles within 200-300 miles for $2/mile. Don't live that close? Don't worry! There are always exceptions to the rule if you live farther away. Feel free to contact us if you fall outside a 300 mile radius, and one of our sales professionals will provide you with details on our delivery service.

I have poor credit, are you willing to work with me?

Do you provide loaner cars if my vehicle is being worked on?
Yes, our service team can provide you with a loaner car while your vehicle is being serviced.
How does Krietz Auto determine financing terms and rates?
At Krietz Auto, we work with banks in the local area. These banks determine your terms based on your credit history, yearly income, and the price of the vehicle you're looking to purchase. Keep in mind, that your financing terms and rates will vary depending on all these factors in addition to the price of the vehicle. 
What do I need to bring with me when buying a car?
We look forward to seeing you! To make this process easy and quick, please be sure to bring the following:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance (required for all vehicle sales)
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of residence
  • Address variance (when address on credit application is different than address on credit report)
In addition, if you are trading in a vehicle, please bring the following:
  • Title and/or lien release
  • Lienholder information to verify payoff amount (Ex: current loan statement)
  • Registration
There is a possibility that other documents not listed will also be required of you. If this is the case, our incredible sales team will be able to notify you on anything else that may be required.
When is my first monthly payment due? 
The due date of your monthly payment varies depending on the bank you are financing through. Typically, your first monthly payment is due 30 days after you receive your vehicle. The institution providing the loan will reach out in one to two weeks, following the day of purchase, to welcome you and inform you on how you can set. up and make your monthly payments. 
What happens if I refer someone to you? 
Our referral program is like no other, because we literally pay you for every new guest you send us who purchases a car! For every person that buys a car from us that you send, we will give you $150!
